1. Chipper or crusher:

To process raw materials like logs and sizable waste wood, it is essential to first cut them into manageable pieces, followed by a drying process.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

For raw materials with a moisture content of 25%, a drying step is crucial prior to the granulation process.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

The exhaust from the tumble dryer must be routed through the cyclone dust collector to effectively remove dust particles.

4. Pelletizer:

The pelletizer expertly transforms the dried wood chips into high-density pellet fuel, with a precise diameter ranging from 3-5mm.

5. Baler:

Efficiently pack the biomass pellets conveyed by the belt into bags tailored to customer specifications, ready for direct loading and distribution.
