Utilizing the cutting-edge ring die pelletizer, our wood pellets boast an impressive large compression ratio, elevated calorific value, and superior quality. In response to the global environmental protection movement, recycling forestry waste into biomass pellets has emerged as an innovative and sustainable alternative to fossil fuels.

 

 

 

 

1. Chipper or crusher:

For raw materials like logs and sizeable waste wood, it's essential to process them into smaller fragments and then proceed to dry them effectively.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

For raw materials with a substantial moisture content of 25%, drying is a necessary step prior to granulation to ensure optimal results.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

The exhaust from the tumble dryer must be channeled through the cyclone dust collector to efficiently remove any dust particles.

4. Pelletizer:

The pelletizer skillfully transforms the dried wood chips into pellet fuel, with each pellet precisely crafted to a 3-5mm diameter for consistent performance.

5. Baler:

Following production, the biomass pellets are neatly packaged into bags directly from the conveyor belt, ready for immediate loading and transport for sale, ensuring a seamless supply chain process.
