1. Chipper or crusher:

For raw materials like logs and substantial waste wood, it is essential to first reduce them to smaller pieces before proceeding to the drying stage.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

For materials with a moisture content of 25% or higher, pre-drying is crucial before moving onto granulation.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

The exhaust from the tumble dryer must be purified through the cyclone dust collector to ensure dust-free processing.

4. Pelletizer:

The refined wood chips are then expertly transformed by the pelletizer into high-grade pellet fuel, sized between 3-5mm in diameter.

5. Baler:

Effortlessly pack the biomass pellets conveyed from the production line into bags as needed, ready for direct loading into vehicles for swift sale.
