1. Chipper or crusher:

For raw materials like logs and substantial waste wood, an initial step of cutting them into smaller, manageable pieces followed by thorough drying is essential.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

When faced with raw material possessing a high moisture content of 25%, it's imperative to dry them efficiently before proceeding to granulation.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

Ensure that the gas emitted from the tumble dryer is perfectly purified by passing it through the cyclone dust collector for effective dust removal.

4. Pelletizer:

The pelletizer skillfully converts the dried wood chips into pellet fuel, crafted with precision to a diameter of 3-5mm.

5. Baler:

Effortlessly pack the biomass pellets coming off the conveyor belt into bags, as per your specifications, and then seamlessly load them directly onto vehicles for distribution and sale.
