1. Chipper or crusher:

For raw materials like logs and sizable waste wood, our process involves cutting them into smaller pieces, followed by an essential drying stage, ensuring optimal preparation for pelletizing.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

Materials with a high moisture content, reaching up to 25%, require thorough drying prior to the granulating process, ensuring efficiency and quality.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

The exhaust from the tumble dryer undergoes a meticulous dust removal process via the cyclone dust collector, ensuring a clean and efficient operation.

4. Pelletizer:

The finely dried wood chips are expertly processed by the pelletizer, converting them into high-grade pellet fuel with a precise diameter of 3-5mm.

5. Baler:

Biomass pellets are efficiently packed into bags directly from the conveyor belt, ready to be seamlessly loaded into vehicles for immediate sale.
