1. Chipper or Crusher:

For raw materials like logs and sizable waste wood pieces, initial reduction into smaller fragments is essential before proceeding to the drying process.

2. Rotary Dryer/Air Dryer:

When dealing with raw materials possessing a moisture content of 25% or higher, it's crucial to dry them thoroughly before they proceed to the granulating stage.

3. Cyclone Dust Collector:

The exhaust gases emitted from the tumble dryer undergo a meticulous dust removal process through the cyclone dust collector, ensuring a clean and efficient operation.

4. Pelletizer:

The pelletizer takes the meticulously dried wood chips and transforms them into compact pellet fuel, with a precise diameter ranging from 3-5mm, catering to high-quality standards.

5. Baler:

The finished biomass pellets, transported via conveyor belt, are efficiently packed into bags according to specifications, ready to be loaded directly onto vehicles for seamless distribution and sale.
