1. Chipper or crusher:

When working with raw materials such as logs and large waste wood pieces, it's essential to first cut them into smaller, manageable pieces before initiating the drying process.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

For raw materials with a moisture content as high as 25%, thorough drying is a prerequisite before the granulation process can begin.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

To ensure a clean and efficient process, the exhaust from the tumble dryer must be channeled through a cyclone dust collector for effective dust removal.

4. Pelletizer:

The expertly dried wood chips are fed into the pelletizer, crafting them into robust pellet fuel that measures between 3-5mm in diameter, ready for use.

5. Baler:

Sleekly pack the finished biomass pellets from the conveyor belt into bags as specified, making them ready for immediate dispatch and sale.
