1. Raw materials must adhere to a diameter of 3-5mm. For larger sizes, utilizing a crusher machine is advisable.
2. Maintaining raw material moisture within 15-25% is crucial. Exceeding this range necessitates the use of a dryer machine.
Mold options allow you to customize and change the pellet diameter seamlessly.
1) Our technology can effortlessly press biomass fuel pellets, animal feed, and fertilizer pellets ranging from 2-12mm in diameter.
2) Transform raw biomass materials, such as sawdust, rice husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, paper, and more. For animal feed, ingredients like grain, soybean, and maize are used, while fertilizer can be crafted from animal manure and other components.
3) The small pellet mill is engineered to create high-density pellets; for biomass, this can reach a density of 1.1-1.4 ton/m3. The pellet diameter, adjustable between 2-12mm, is coupled with a precision knife installed near the outlet that regulates pellet length.
