Working principle

Experience the sophisticated operation of this advanced drying system, where raw materials are expertly fed into the furnace through the pipe's inlet. Once within, they are skillfully drawn into the Sakron by a robust fan, accompanied by the surrounding hot air coursing through the pipe. This ingenious process ensures that dried materials are efficiently released from the Sakron, with waste heat and water vapor strategically discharged to enhance the efficiency of the drying process, maintaining optimal performance throughout.

1- Ingeniously engineered to accommodate drying materials with moisture levels from 20% to 70%, offering unrivaled versatility and adaptability for a myriad of raw materials.
2- Efficiently processes an extensive array of materials such as sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks, highlighting its expansive applicability across numerous biomass sectors.
3- Fully equipped with dual fuel boilers, a bespoke inlet, robust steel piping, a high-efficiency exhaust blower (fan), an air lock, and a cyclone. Wet materials effortlessly enter the hopper to commence the drying cycle.

4- The fuel boiler generates a robust stream of hot air that immediately mingles with the wet materials, swiftly transported into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan). The hot air fluidly courses through the sinuous pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, ensuring an immaculate drying process before release through an air-lock-equipped outlet.
5- Expertly decreases moisture content to the ideal range of 8-12%, guaranteeing consistently superior-quality dried materials.

The Intrinsic Nature of the Air Dryer:

1- After installation completion, initiate the fan. Ensure the fan's rotation is accurate and verify that the suction port operates flawlessly for peak performance.
2- Conduct a meticulous examination of flange interfaces to identify and prevent any possible leaks, ensuring the airtight integrity of the system.
3- Securely fasten the dual-opened bags to the separator's lower opening, promoting seamless operational flow.
4- Feed the drying material through the designated port. Pre-removal of large particles is advised to enhance both drying speed and efficiency.
5- Ign-ite the furnace by adding the appropriate fuel, then engage the fan. Once the wind outlet achieves a temperature of 150°C,
material is meticulously cut off and dried, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and effective drying process.
6- Quickly eliminate large materials via the slag discharge port to encourage continuous feed and prevent any potential blockages.
