Introducing the innovative Sawdust Pipe Dryer, a multifunctional drying solution also known as the pipe dryer or sawdust flash dryer. This state-of-the-art machine is specifically crafted to efficiently dry a variety of materials such as sawdust, wood shavings, wheat straw, corn stalks, and paddy straw. With its precise engineering, it expertly handles raw materials with a diameter of less than 3mm and a moisture content below 40%. In a single drying session, it prepares materials to perfection, readying them for seamless integration into any wood briquette production line.

Working principle

Our cutting-edge drying technology operates on a sophisticated yet simple working principle. The raw material is effortlessly transported into the furnace via a strategically designed inlet pipe. Once inside, the material is seamlessly propelled by a high-performance fan, merging with the hot air that circulates around the pipe. This ingenious process carries the material into the Sakron, where it undergoes rapid drying. The result is thoroughly dried material exiting the Sakron, while waste heat and water vapor are efficiently expelled, ensuring optimal performance and sustainability.

1- This versatile dryer is perfectly designed to handle materials with varying moisture levels, ranging between 20-70%, offering adaptability for diverse drying needs.
2- Specially engineered to efficiently dry a variety of organic materials, such as sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks, catering to a wide spectrum of agricultural and industrial applications.
3- Comes fully equipped with dual fuel boilers, a robust inlet, durable steel pipes, a powerful exhaust blower (fan), an airtight air lock, and a highly efficient cyclone system. Wet materials are seamlessly fed into the hopper for processing.

4- The innovative fuel boiler generates hot air, which is expertly mixed with wet materials. This mixture is swiftly drawn into the pipes by the high-speed exhaust blower, moving through curving pipes and the buffer (drying chamber). This process ensures thorough drying, with the final dried materials being efficiently discharged through the outlet, equipped with an air lock for optimal performance.
5- This advanced system precisely reduces moisture content down to an optimal 8-12%, ensuring high-quality dried materials.

6- The design allows clients the flexibility to adjust the dryer angle to perfectly align with their specific production field requirements, offering enhanced customization.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Upon completing installation, activate the fan and verify both the rotational direction and the effectiveness of the suction port.
2- Ensure a secure seal by inspecting the flange interface for any potential leaks, maintaining optimal performance.
3- Securely bundle bags that are open at both ends at the lower separator opening, ensuring efficient operation.
4- Introduce the material to be dried at the designated feeding port. Pre-sorting to remove large particles prior to drying accelerates the drying process, enhancing efficiency.
5- Ignite the furnace by adding fuel and activate the fan. Once the outlet wind temperature reaches a high of 150 °C, the
material achieves optimal drying conditions, ensuring thorough dehydration.
6- Promptly remove large material pieces from the slag discharge port to facilitate continuous feeding and maintain seamless operation.
