Introducing our state-of-the-art Sawdust Pipe Dryer, also known as the pipe dryer or sawdust flash dryer. This innovative machine is masterfully engineered to efficiently dry a variety of materials such as sawdust, wood shavings, wheat straw, and corn stalks, among others, including paddy straw. With the capability to accommodate raw materials with diameters less than 3mm, it effortlessly dries materials with up to 40% moisture content in a single pass, perfectly preparing them for use in wood briquette production lines.

Working principle

Our dryer operates on a sophisticated working principle. The raw material is seamlessly channeled into the furnace via a pipe at the inlet. It is then expertly drawn into the Sakron by the fan, accompanied by the circulating hot air surrounding the pipe. Once dried, the materials are efficiently discharged from the Sakron, while any waste heat and water vapor are effectively expelled, ensuring a streamlined and efficient drying process.

Biomass Dryer Features:

1-Suitable for expertly drying a wide array of materials with moisture levels ranging from 20% to an impressive 70%.
2-Ideal for efficiently drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks, and more, ensuring versatile application.
3-Equipped with a robust system: two fuel boilers, an inlet, steel pipes, exhaust blower (fan), air lock, and cyclone. Wet materials are seamlessly fed into the hopper.

4-The sophisticated fuel boiler produces hot air, which swiftly mingles with wet materials and is drawn into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan). This hot air flows through the intricately designed curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, ensuring efficient drying. The perfectly dried materials are then discharged from the outlet with an air lock.
5-The system efficiently reduces moisture content to a desirable 8-12%.

6-Clients enjoy the flexibility to adjust the angle of the dryer based on specific production field requirements.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Upon completion of installation, activate the fan. Verify the fan's rotation direction and ensure the suction port operates optimally.
2- Inspect the flange interface meticulously to ensure there are no leaks, guaranteeing seamless operation.
3- Securely bundle the bags that are open at both ends at the lower opening of the separator to ensure efficient separation.
4- Introduce the material to be dried at the designated feeding port. Removing large particles beforehand enhances the drying speed significantly.
5- Add fuel to the furnace to ignite and then activate the fan. Once the temperature at the wind outlet reaches an optimal 150°C, the
material will be expertly cut off and thoroughly dried.
6- Promptly remove large pieces of material from the slag discharge port to facilitate continuous and efficient feeding.
