Designed with precision, it expertly handles raw materials with a diameter below 3mm, and can effortlessly dry materials with up to 40% moisture content in a single pass. Working principle

Discover the ingenious working principle of this dryer: as raw materials make their entrance into the furnace, they are skillfully guided through the pipe via the inlet. A powerful fan propels them into the Sakron, accompanied by enveloping hot air that flows along the pipe. Once dried to perfection, the materials are gracefully released from the Sakron, while waste heat and water vapor are efficiently expelled, ensuring a clean and effective drying process.

Biomass Dryer Features:

1-Specially engineered for drying materials with moisture content ranging from 20% to 70%, ensuring optimal performance.
2-Expertly accommodates the drying of diverse materials including sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, corn stalks, and more, enhancing versatility and utility.
3-Integrated with two high-efficiency fuel boilers, an inlet, robust steel pipe, powerful exhaust blower (fan), air lock, and cyclone. Wet materials are effortlessly introduced into the hopper for a seamless drying process.

4-The cutting-edge fuel boiler generates hot air that seamlessly intermingles with the wet materials. This mixture is rapidly drawn into the pipes by the high-performance exhaust blower (fan). The hot air is then expertly directed through curving pipes and a buffer (drying chamber), completing the drying of wet materials. Finally, the thoroughly dried materials are efficiently discharged from the outlet, secured with an air lock.
5- Efficiently optimizes moisture levels down to a precise 8-12%, ensuring superior quality in dried materials.

6- Adaptability is key; clients can easily adjust the angle of the dryer to perfectly align with their production field requirements.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Upon successful installation, activate the fan to verify the correct direction of rotation and ensure efficient suction at the port.
2- Conduct a thorough check of the flange interface to detect and prevent any potential leakage.
3- Securely fasten the bags, open at both ends, to the lower opening of the separator to ensure optimal operation.
4- Introduce the material to be dried at the designated feeding port. For enhanced drying efficiency, pre-remove large particles.
5- Fuel the furnace and ign-ite, then activate the fan. Once the temperature at the wind outlet elevates to 150 °C, seamlessly proceed to the next step.
Efficiently cut off and dry the material at optimal conditions.
6- Promptly remove large material pieces from the slag discharge port to maintain feeding efficiency and ensure smooth operation.
