The horizontal pellet cooler, a cornerstone of efficiency, is primarily utilized for cooling pellet feed during the pelleting process at small to medium-sized feed mills. Designed to handle pelleted feed with scorching initial temperatures of up to 80-90°C and high moisture content of 17-18%, this advanced cooling system expertly reduces the feed temperature to slightly above room temperature. Moreover, it successfully lowers moisture content to an optimal 12-13%, ensuring feed quality and stability.

The Feed Pellet Cooler is an essential tool for cooling both Animal Feed and Wood Pellets in the pelleting section. It efficiently reduces the temperature of pellets from a blistering 70°C-90°C to a modest 3°C~5°C above ambient levels, all while ensuring moisture is lowered to a safe, manageable level. This cooling process not only enhances pellet firmness but also significantly mitigates the risk of mold, thereby ensuring optimal conditions for transportation and storage of pellet feed.

1) Utilizing a counter flow pellet cooler, this system is engineered to manage pellets with high temperature and moisture levels. The innovative design ensures that hot air engages with hot pellets, while cool air interacts with cooled pellets, effectively preventing surface cracks that could be caused by abrupt temperature changes from direct air contact.
The strategic interaction between air temperatures, combined with an airlock feeding mechanism and an expanded air inlet space, culminates in superior cooling effects, ensuring the integrity and quality of your pellets.

2) The slide reciprocating discharger is designed for smooth, reliable discharge with minimal residue, enhancing operational efficiency.
