Screw Oil Presser: Operating Principle

During operation, the processed material embryo is introduced into the squeezing chamber via the hopper.

The spiral motion of the screw compresses and advances the material.

Within the oil press's pressing chamber, the material embryo undergoes compression.

Under intense pressure, significant friction occurs between the material embryo, the pressing screw, and the chamber.

The generated heat induces thermal denaturation of proteins within the embryo, disintegrating colloids, increasing plasticity, and reducing oil viscosity, thereby facilitating easy oil extraction.
