The innovative horizontal pellet cooler is expertly designed for efficiently cooling pellet feed in the pelleting segment of small to medium-sized feed mills. This cutting-edge equipment is capable of transforming pelleted feed with initial temperatures soaring up to 80-90°C and a moisture content of 17-18%. It meticulously cools the feed to just above room temperature, all the while skillfully reducing moisture content to an optimal range of 12-13%. This ensures quality feed ready for further processes.

The Feed Pellet Cooler sets a high standard in the cooling process for Animal Feed and Wood Pellets within the pelleting section. This technologically advanced cooler effectively reduces the temperature of pellets, which initially range from 70°C-90°C, to just 3°C~5°C above ambient conditions. It also adeptly decreases moisture to a safe level, significantly enhancing pellet firmness and mitigating mold risks. This ensures superior transportation and storage conditions for your pellet feed.
 

Defining Features of the Feed Pellet:

1) The counterflow pellet cooler method is ingeniously employed to efficiently cool high-temperature and moisture-rich pellets. The unique process of hot air
interacting with hot pellets, and cool air with cooler pellets, expertly prevents surface cracking that can occur from abrupt cooling caused by direct contact of cool air with hot pellets. Additionally, the airlock feeding system and increased air inlet space ensure superior cooling performance.

2) The slide reciprocating discharger guarantees a smooth, reliable discharge process with minimal residue.

3) Offers low power consumption and user-friendly operation, making it an ideal choice for efficiency.

4) Post-cooling, the pellet temperature is strategically maintained at less than 3-5ºC above ambient temperature, ensuring optimal preservation.

This innovative pellet cooler is ingeniously based on the drum of a rotary sieve, comprising both a robust drum sieve and a sturdy, reliable frame.

Expertly designed with a specific angle between the rotary drum sieve and the ground, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

The exterior of the sieve is smartly encased in closed steel, effectively minimizing noise pollution and creating a quieter environment.

Thanks to an adjustable speed system, the drum sieve rotates at a precise speed, allowing each pellet to be meticulously separated and cooled from top to bottom as the drum sieve rotates.

Efficiently, the fine powder is seamlessly discharged from the front of the drum sieve, while the high-quality pellets are effortlessly collected from the back of the drum sieve.
