Product Description

Biomass Wood Pellet Production Line:

The biomass pellet production line can make various biomass raw materials such as logs, branches, wood chips, palm EFB, straw, waste wood furniture, wooden building boards, etc. into biomass pellets. By adopting the ring die pelletizer, the wood pellets have the characteristics of large compression ratio, high calorific value and high quality. With the worldwide appeal for environmental protection, recycling forestry waste to make biomass pellets has become a new alternative to fossil energy.

 

 

 

 

1. Chipper or crusher:

If your raw materials are logs and large pieces of waste wood, you need to cut them into small pieces and then dry them.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

If the raw material has a high moisture content of 25%, it needs to be dried before granulating.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

the gas from the tumble dryer must pass through the cyclone dust collector for dust removal.

4. Pelletizer:

The dried wood chips are used by the pelletizer to make pellet fuel with a diameter of 3-5mm.

5. Baler:

Pack the biomass pellets from the conveyor belt into bags as required, and then load them directly into the car for sale.
