1. Chipper or crusher:

For raw materials such as logs and large chunks of waste wood, precision cutting into smaller, manageable pieces is essential before undergoing the drying process.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

Raw materials with a moisture content as high as 25% require meticulous drying to ensure optimal granulation outcomes.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

The exhaust gas emitted from the tumble dryer undergoes a thorough dust removal process within the cyclone dust collector, ensuring a cleaner environment.

4. Pelletizer:

Once dried, the wood chips are expertly processed by the pelletizer to produce high-quality pellet fuel, precisely sized at a diameter of 3-5mm.

5. Baler:

The finished biomass pellets are neatly packed into bags via the baler, ready for seamless transport and sale directly from the conveyor belt, ensuring efficiency from production to marketplace.
