Crafted with meticulous precision, this dryer accommodates raw materials with a diameter of less than 3mm. It boasts the remarkable ability to slash moisture content from raw materials with up to 40% moisture in just a single pass, making it an ideal component for wood briquette production lines.

Working principle

The operation of this advanced drying system begins as the raw material is expertly introduced into the furnace through the pipe's inlet. Within this environment, the material is dynamically drawn into the Sakron by a robust fan, alongside hot air coursing through the pipe. This brilliant process ensures that dried materials are adeptly expelled from the Sakron, while waste heat and water vapor are released in a strategic manner, thereby optimizing the entire drying process.

3- Fully equipped with dual fuel boilers, a specialized inlet, robust steel piping, a high-efficiency exhaust blower (fan), an air lock, and a cyclone. The process begins as wet materials are effortlessly introduced into the hopper, smoothly activating the drying sequence.

4- The fuel boiler generates a rush of hot air that instantly mingles with the wet materials, which are then swiftly propelled into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan). The air, in a fluid and dynamic flow, courses through the winding pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, ensuring that the materials are meticulously dried before being discharged from the outlet equipped with an air lock.
5- Proficiently decreases moisture content to an ideal range of 8-12%, consistently delivering superior quality dried materials that meet high standards.

6- Offers outstanding flexibility for clients, as the dryer's angle can be customized to align with specific production field needs, maximizing its operational effectiveness.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- After installation completion, initiate the fan. Verify the fan's rotational direction and ensure the suction port is operating optimally for peak performance.
2- Conduct a thorough inspection of the flange interfaces to detect and prevent any potential leaks, ensuring that the system remains completely airtight.
3- Securely fasten bags with open ends to the lower opening of the separator, guaranteeing flawless operation and preventing any operational disruptions.
4- Introduce the material intended for drying at the feeding port. Pre-eliminate large particles to significantly boost drying speed and enhance overall efficiency.
5- Ign-ite the furnace by inserting fuel, then activate the fan. Once the wind outlet temperature attains 150°C,
the process effectively intercepts and dries the material, ensuring an uninterrupted and efficient drying cycle.
6- Swiftly remove substantial pieces of material from the slag discharge port to support continuous feeding and avert clogs, maintaining smooth operations.
