Introducing the Sawdust Pipe Dryer, an innovative drying solution also known as the pipe dryer or sawdust flash dryer. This state-of-the-art machine is meticulously engineered to efficiently dry a wide range of materials including sawdust, wood shavings, wheat straw, and corn stalks, as well as paddy straw. With an impressive capability to handle raw materials with diameters up to 3mm and moisture content of less than 40%, our dryer can effortlessly process these in a single go. This makes it an ideal choice for optimizing the wood briquette production line, ensuring superior quality and performance.

Working principle

Our drying process is ingeniously straightforward yet remarkably effective. The raw material is seamlessly introduced into the furnace via the inlet pipe, where it is swiftly enveloped by the surrounding hot air. This hot air, propelled by a high-efficiency fan, guides the material through the pipe into the Sakron. Here, the moisture-laden materials undergo thorough drying. Finally, the dried materials are elegantly discharged from the Sakron, while the waste heat and water vapor make their exit, ensuring a clean and efficient drying operation.

1-Expertly engineered to dry materials with moisture content ranging from 20% to 70%, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
2-Ideal for a variety of materials including sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks, ensuring versatile application.
3-This innovative system is outfitted with dual fuel boilers, an inlet, robust steel pipes, a powerful exhaust blower (fan), an air lock, and a cyclone. Moist materials are seamlessly fed into the hopper for processing.

4-The sophisticated fuel boiler generates hot air, which seamlessly integrates with wet materials and is swiftly drawn into the ducts by the potent exhaust blower (fan). This hot air circulates through the intricately designed curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, ensuring that materials are thoroughly dried. The dried materials are then efficiently released from the outlet through an air lock.
5-Effectively reduces moisture levels to a precise 8-12%, optimizing material quality for further use.

6-Adjustable dryer base allows clients to tailor the angle according to the specific needs of their production environment.

The Fundamental Nature of Our Air Dryer:

1- Upon successful installation, activate the fan, ensuring correct rotational direction and optimal suction performance.
2- Meticulously inspect the flange interface for any potential leaks, guaranteeing system integrity.
3- Securely bundle the bags, open at both ends, at the separator's lower opening for efficient operation.
4- Introduce the material to be dried at the designated feeding port, ensuring removal of large particles beforehand, thereby enhancing drying speed.
5- Fuel the furnace, ignite, and activate the fan. Upon reaching a precise temperature of 150 °C at the wind outlet, the
drying process commences with precision.
6- Promptly remove large material pieces from the slag discharge port to maintain a smooth feeding process.
