1. Chipper or crusher:

For raw materials like logs and large waste wood, it is essential to process them by cutting into manageable small pieces followed by drying.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

For optimal granulation, raw materials with a high moisture content of 25% must undergo thorough drying.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

The exhaust gases from the tumble dryer should be efficiently purified using the cyclone dust collector to remove dust particles.

4. Pelletizer:

The meticulously dried wood chips are expertly processed by the pelletizer, resulting in premium pellet fuel with a precise diameter of 3-5mm.

5. Baler:

Efficiently pack the biomass pellets as per market requirements into bags directly from the conveyor belt, ready for seamless transport and sale.
