Introducing the Sawdust Pipe Dryer, also known as the pipe dryer or sawdust flash dryer. This innovative machine is expertly engineered to efficiently dry a variety of materials, including sawdust, wood shavings, wheat straw, and corn stalks. It is also perfect for processing paddy straw and similar materials. To ensure optimal performance, the raw material should have a diameter of less than 3mm, and its moisture content should be below 40%. With our Sawdust Pipe Dryer, you can achieve the desired dryness in a single pass, perfectly preparing materials for the wood briquette production line.

Working Principle

The working principle of this remarkable machine begins with the raw material entering the furnace via a pipe through the inlet. Along with the surrounding hot air, it's efficiently drawn into the Sakron by a powerful fan. The dried materials are then conveniently released from the Sakron, while any waste heat and water vapor are effectively vented out, ensuring a seamless and efficient drying process.

Biomass Dryer Features:

1-Engineered to expertly dry materials with a moisture content ranging from 20% to 70%.
2-Perfectly tailored for drying a variety of materials such as sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks, among others.
3-Integrated with twin fuel boilers, a precise inlet, high-quality steel pipes, a powerful exhaust blower (fan), an effective air lock, and a cyclone. Wet materials are seamlessly introduced into the hopper.

4-The advanced fuel boiler produces hot air that merges with the wet materials, swiftly drawn into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan). The hot air elegantly navigates through the curving pipes and the buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, ensuring a thorough drying process. Finally, dried materials are released from the outlet equipped with an air lock.
5- Efficiently minimizes moisture levels to an optimal range of 8-12%.

6- Flexibly designed, allowing clients to adjust the angle of the dryer to suit their specific production environment.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Once installation is complete, activate the fan. Ensure the fan's rotation is correctly aligned and check if the suction port operates normally.
2- Inspect the flange interface meticulously to ensure there are no leaks.
3- Securely bundle both ends of the open bags at the lower opening of the separator.
4- Introduce the material to be dried at the designated feeding port, ensuring large particles are removed beforehand. This enhances the overall drying speed and efficiency.
5- Load fuel into the furnace to ign-ite and start the fan. Once the temperature at the wind outlet elevates to a robust 150°C, the
material is proficiently cut off and dried.
6- Swiftly remove large material pieces from the slag discharge port to maintain smooth feeding operations.
