Introducing the Sawdust Pipe Dryer, an ingenious solution also known as the pipe dryer or sawdust flash dryer. This state-of-the-art machine is meticulously engineered to efficiently dry a variety of materials such as sawdust, wood shavings, wheat straw, corn stalks, and paddy straw, among others. With its advanced technology, it accommodates raw materials with a diameter of less than 3mm and expertly reduces moisture content from up to 40% in a single process. This ensures the dried materials meet the exacting standards required for a high-performance wood briquette production line.

Working principle

The process begins as raw materials seamlessly enter the furnace through an inlet pipe. They are then expertly drawn into the Sakron by a high-efficiency fan, accompanied by the surrounding hot air. This dynamic interaction within the pipe facilitates optimal drying. Once dried to perfection, the materials are elegantly released from the Sakron, while waste heat and water vapor are efficiently expelled, ensuring a clean and effective operation.

1- Capable of efficiently drying materials with moisture content ranging from 20% to 70%, ensuring flexibility in processing various moisture levels.
2- Versatile in drying a variety of materials including sawdust, rice hulls, milled wheat straw, and corn stalks, making it an ideal solution for diverse agricultural residues.
3- Engineered with precision, this dryer includes dual fuel boilers, an inlet, durable steel pipes, an exhaust blower (fan), air lock, and cyclone. The wet materials are conveniently fed into the hopper for seamless processing.

4- The innovative fuel boiler generates hot air that rapidly interacts with the wet materials. This mixture is efficiently drawn into the pipes by the powerful exhaust blower (fan). The hot air traverses through the expertly designed curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber), culminating in perfectly dried materials that are effortlessly discharged from the outlet with an air lock.
5- Achieves an optimal moisture reduction, bringing down the moisture content to an impressive 8-12%.

6- Offers adaptability by allowing clients to adjust the angle of the dryer based on the specific requirements of their production environment.

The Nature of the Air Dryer:

1- Once installation is complete, activate the fan and ensure the rotation direction is correct, while verifying the suction port's functionality for optimal performance.
2- Inspect the flange interface thoroughly to confirm there are no leaks, ensuring a tightly sealed system.
3- Secure the bags, open at both ends, at the lower opening of the separator to maintain operational efficiency.
4- Introduce the material into the feeding port, ensuring large particles are removed beforehand. This step enhances the drying speed and overall effectiveness.
5- Add fuel to the furnace and ign-ite it. Activate the fan, and once the temperature at the wind outlet reaches a robust 150°C, the
material is seamlessly cut and dried, optimizing the drying process.
6- Promptly remove any large material pieces from the slag discharge port to ensure smooth and continuous feeding.
