The Sawdust Pipe Dryer, also known as the pipe dryer or sawdust flash dryer, is expertly engineered for the efficient drying of materials such as sawdust, wood shavings, wheat straw, and corn stalks. This versatile machine ensures that raw materials with a diameter less than 3mm and moisture content below 40% are dried thoroughly in a single pass, preparing them ideally for use in wood briquette production lines. Working principle

The innovative design of our dryer allows the raw material to seamlessly enter the furnace through a meticulously engineered inlet pipe. Propelled by a powerful fan, the material combines with hot air and flows into the Sakron efficiently. Here, the drying process is completed as dried materials are expertly released, while the waste heat and water vapor are effectively discharged. This process ensures maximum drying efficiency, making our technology a leading choice for biomass particle drying.

1- This versatile dryer is perfect for tackling materials with a high moisture content, ranging from 20% to 70%, effortlessly transforming them into dry, usable matter.
2- Expertly engineered for diverse materials, it efficiently dries sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, corn stalks, and more, adapting to various biomass needs.
3- Equipped with a cutting-edge system featuring dual fuel boilers, an inlet, steel pipes, an exhaust blower (fan), airlock, and cyclone, this machine seamlessly integrates wet materials into the drying process via a convenient hopper.

4- The innovative fuel boiler produces hot air that immediately amalgamates with the wet materials, swiftly directed by the exhaust blower into the pipes. The hot air then navigates through the intricately designed curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber), effectively completing the drying process. Dried materials are then gracefully expelled through an outlet equipped with an airlock, ensuring streamlined operation.
5- Remarkably efficient, it meticulously reduces moisture content to a precise 8-12%, ensuring optimal dry material output.

6- Flexibility is key, allowing clients to adjust the angle of the dryer according to the unique demands of their production field, enhancing adaptability and performance.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Upon completing the installation, activate the fan while verifying the correct rotational direction and ensuring that the suction port is functioning optimally, promising seamless operation.
2- Inspect the flange interface diligently to guarantee no leakage occurs, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the drying process.
3- Securely bundle the open-ended bags at the lower opening of the separator, preparing them for effective use.
4- Introduce the material to be dried at the feeding port. By removing larger particles beforehand, you significantly enhance drying speed and efficiency, optimizing overall productivity.
5- Fuel the furnace to ign-ite and engage the fan. As the temperature at the wind outlet rises to an impressive 150 °C, the
material is efficiently cut and dried, ensuring a consistent and high-quality output.
6- Promptly clear large material pieces from the slag discharge port to facilitate uninterrupted feeding, ensuring a continuous and efficient operation.
