1. Chipper or Crusher:

For processing raw materials like logs and large waste wood pieces, it's essential to first cut them into smaller, manageable pieces before proceeding to the drying stage.

2. Rotary Dryer/Air Dryer:

Should your raw materials contain a high moisture content of up to 25%, it is crucial to thoroughly dry them before the granulation process.

3. Cyclone Dust Collector:

To ensure clean and efficient production, the gas emitted from the tumble dryer must be routed through the cyclone dust collector for effective dust extraction.

4. Pelletizer:

Once the wood chips are adequately dried, they are fed into the pelletizer to produce premium pellet fuel, typically with a diameter ranging from 3 to 5mm.

5. Baler:

The resulting biomass pellets are then conveniently packed into bags directly from the conveyor belt, ready for easy loading into vehicles for distribution and sale.
