Product Description

The horizontal pellet cooler is mainly used for pellet feed cooling in the pelleting section of small and medium-sized feed mills. The pelleted feed with a temperature of up to 80-90°C and a moisture content of 17-18% can be cooled from pelleting to a temperature slightly higher than room temperature, and the moisture content can be reduced to 12-13%

Feed Pellet Cooler is mainly used for cooling of Animal Feed and Wood Pellets in the pelleting section. It cools the pellet coming from pellet mill and with a temperature of 70°C-90°C to a temperature 3°C~5°C slightly higher than ambient temperature, and is capable of lowering to a safety moisture content. The cooled pellets not only improve the pellet firmness but also can prevent from going moldy, that it is good for the transportation and storage of pellet feed.
 

Feed Pellet Feature:

1) The counter flow pellet cooler is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture. Hot air
touches hot pellets and cool air touches cool pellets so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets. At the Same time, The airlock is used for feeding and space of air inlet bigger,therefore it can get better cooling effects.

2) Slide reciprocating discharger has smooth and reliable discharging,low residue.

3) Low pow consumption, easily operation.

4) Pellet temperature after cooling is less than 3-5ºC ambient temperature.

This pellet cooler is base on the drum of rotary sieve which is made up of drum sieve and frame.

There is one certain degree between the rotary drum sieve and ground.

The outside of the sieve is covered by closed steel to reduce the noisy pollution.

On the adjustable speed system, the drum sieve is rotating on certain speed; the pellet is separated and cooled from top to bottom on the rotating of drum sieve.

The fine powder is discharged from the front of drum sieve, and the good pellet is outlet from the back of drum sieve.
