The Sawdust Pipe Dryer, fondly known as the pipe dryer or sawdust flash dryer, elegantly caters to the drying needs of materials such as sawdust, wood shavings, wheat straw, corn stalks, and paddy straw, among others. Precision-designed to handle raw materials with diameters less than 3mm, this machine is a marvel for reducing moisture content from up to 40% in just one pass. It seamlessly preps materials for the wood briquette production line, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Working Principle

The innovative process begins as raw materials are introduced into the furnace through the inlet pipe. With precision and care, these materials are then entrained by the fan into the Sakron, accompanied by the enveloping hot air. Here, the drying magic unfolds, releasing thoroughly dehydrated materials from the Sakron while simultaneously exhausting waste heat and water vapor. This sophisticated synergy results in optimal drying performance.

1- Adept at drying materials with a moisture content ranging from 20% to 70%, ensuring versatile and effective drying solutions.
2- Perfectly suited for drying diverse materials such as sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks, catering to a wide range of agricultural and industrial needs.
3- Skillfully equipped with dual fuel boilers, an inlet, durable steel pipes, a robust exhaust blower (fan), air lock, and cyclone, efficiently handling wet materials introduced into the hopper.

4- The innovative fuel boiler generates hot air, which swiftly merges with wet materials. This concoction is then rapidly drawn into the pipes by the powerful exhaust blower (fan). This heated air traverses through the intricate network of curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, ensuring thorough drying. The dried materials are seamlessly expelled from the outlet through an air lock, completing the cycle.
5- Achieves remarkable moisture reduction, bringing it down to an optimal level of 8-12%, perfect for subsequent processing or use.

6- Offers flexibility with an adjustable dryer angle, allowing clients to tailor the setup based on their specific production environment, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Once installation is finalized, initiate the fan and confirm the rotational direction. Ensure the suction port functions normally, allowing for effective operation.
2- Inspect the flange interface meticulously to verify there are no leaks, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the drying process.
3- Securely bundle bags open at both ends at the lower opening of the separator, ensuring a seamless workflow.
4- Introduce the material to be dried at the feeding port, ensuring prior removal of large particles to significantly boost the drying speed and efficiency.
5- Fuel the furnace and ign-ite. Activate the fan. Once the temperature at the wind outlet surges to 150 °C, the
material is expertly cut off and dried, ensuring consistent quality.
6- Promptly clear large material fragments from the slag discharge port to streamline feeding and maintain uninterrupted operation.
