Our state-of-the-art horizontal pellet cooler is expertly designed for optimal cooling of pellet feed, specifically tailored for small to medium-sized feed mills in the pelleting section. This innovative machine efficiently cools freshly pelleted feed, which initially reaches temperatures as high as 80-90°C with a moisture content of 17-18%. The cooler meticulously reduces the temperature to just slightly above room temperature while precisely lowering the moisture content to an ideal range of 12-13%.

Our advanced Feed Pellet Cooler is essential for the cooling process of both Animal Feed and Wood Pellets in the pelleting section. It expertly reduces the high temperature of the pellets-ranging from 70°C-90°C-down to a safe and stable range of 3°C~5°C above ambient temperature. This precise cooling also ensures the reduction of moisture content to safe levels. As a result, the cooled pellets gain enhanced firmness and resistance to mold, significantly improving their suitability for transportation and long-term storage.

1) Our sophisticated counter flow pellet cooler technology is utilized for effective cooling of pellets, which have high temperature and moisture levels. Through an intelligent system design, hot air is strategically directed to interact with hot pellets, while cool air is directed towards cooler pellets. This prevents surface cracking caused by rapid cooling when hot pellets contact cold air directly, ensuring superior quality.
Simultaneously, the airlock feeding mechanism along with an expanded air inlet space significantly optimizes cooling efficiency, achieving unparalleled results.

2) The innovative slide reciprocating discharger ensures smooth, reliable discharge with minimal residue, enhancing operational efficiency.

3) Low power consumption coupled with user-friendly operation makes it an indispensable asset for any feed mill.

4) After the cooling process, pellet temperatures are maintained at an impressive 3-5ºC above ambient temperature, ensuring superior quality and safety.
