This dryer is masterfully equipped to reduce moisture content from raw materials, even those with an initial moisture level as high as 40%, all achieved within a singular pass. Working principle

Experience the brilliance of our sophisticated drying system, where the process begins with raw materials being expertly channeled into the furnace through the pipe's inlet. Once inside, the materials are elegantly swept into the Sakron by a robust fan, which orchestrates an introduction with surrounding hot air through the pipe. This brilliant operation ensures that dried materials are efficiently delivered from the Sakron, while waste heat and water vapor are expertly expelled, making the drying process not only efficient but also exceptionally optimized.

Biomass Dryer Features:

1- Meticulously engineered with a flexible design to handle moisture content ranging from 20% to 70%. This adaptability ensures it can efficiently dry a wide variety of raw materials, making it an indispensable asset.
2- Effortlessly dries an extensive array of materials, including sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks. Its broad application spectrum highlights its pivotal role in numerous biomass processing scenarios.
3- Equipped with dual fuel boilers, a specialized inlet, robust steel piping, a powerful exhaust blower, an air lock, and an effective cyclone system. The drying process begins seamlessly as wet materials are introduced into the hopper.

4- The fuel boiler generates a powerful stream of hot air that intricately blends with the wet materials. This mixture is efficiently drawn into the pipes by the exhaust blower, traveling fluidly through the curving pipes and buffer chamber, ensuring thorough drying before the materials exit through the air-locked outlet.
5- Precisely reduces moisture content to an ideal range of 8-12%, consistently delivering superior, high-quality dried materials tailored to meet your production needs.

6- Offers unparalleled flexibility by allowing the angle of the dryer to be adjusted according to your specific production requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Once installation is complete, activate the fan. Verify the fan's rotation is correct and ensure the suction port is functioning properly to guarantee optimal drying conditions.
2- Carefully inspect the flange interfaces to identify and eliminate any potential leaks, maintaining a secure and airtight system.
3- Firmly attach the bags, open at both ends, to the separator's lower opening to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted operation.
4- Introduce materials intended for drying at the feeding port. Pre-screen and remove large particles to accelerate and enhance the overall drying efficiency.
5- Ign-ite the furnace by adding fuel and then power on the fan. Once the wind outlet temperature reaches 150°C,
the material is efficiently processed and dried, ensuring the entire operation is seamless and effective.
6- Quickly remove any large material pieces from the slag discharge port to enable continuous feeding and avoid potential blockages.
