1. Chipper or Crusher:

For raw materials such as logs and sizable waste wood pieces, they must first be reduced to smaller sizes and thoroughly dried.

2. Rotary Dryer/Air Dryer:

Materials with a moisture content of 25% or more require drying prior to the granulation process to ensure optimal pellet quality.

3. Cyclone Dust Collector:

The exhaust from the tumble dryer is purified via the cyclone dust collector, effectively removing particulate matter.

4. Pelletizer:

The dried wood chips are expertly processed by the pelletizer to produce pellet fuel with a precise diameter range of 3-5mm.

5. Baler:

Once the biomass pellets are conveyed, they are meticulously packed into bags as per requirements, ready to be loaded directly for distribution and sale.
