Our innovative horizontal pellet cooler is specifically designed for the efficient cooling of pelleted feed within the pelleting section of small to medium-sized feed mills. This cutting-edge machine expertly reduces the temperature of freshly pelleted feed-originally at a sweltering 80-90°C-down to a level slightly above room temperature. Additionally, it skillfully diminishes the high moisture content from 17-18% to a much safer and stable range of 12-13%.

Our state-of-the-art Feed Pellet Cooler is engineered for the precise cooling of Animal Feed and Wood Pellets during the pelleting phase. By expertly reducing the temperature of pellets from a high 70°C-90°C to just 3°C~5°C above the ambient temperature, it ensures the pellets reach a safe and stable moisture content. This process not only strengthens the pellet integrity but also mitigates the risk of mold, ensuring optimal conditions for both transportation and storage.

1) Our advanced counter flow pellet cooler is designed to efficiently reduce the temperature and moisture of pellets with elevated levels. The innovative hot air exchange method ensures that hot air interacts with hot pellets, while cool air interacts with cool pellets, minimizing the risk of surface cracks due to abrupt cooling.
Leveraging a sophisticated airlock system for feeding and an expansive air inlet space, this cooler achieves superior cooling outcomes, preventing the detrimental effects of direct contact between cool air and hot pellets.

2) The slide reciprocating discharger guarantees an exceptionally smooth and reliable discharge process, minimizing residue and maximizing efficiency.
