This innovative machine effectively cools pellets emerging from the pellet mill, reducing their temperature from a high of 70°C-90°C to a safe level, just 3°C~5°C above the ambient temperature. It also ensures that moisture content is reduced to a safe level, thereby significantly enhancing pellet firmness and preventing mold, making the pellets ideal for transportation and long-term storage.

1) Our product features a counter flow pellet cooler, meticulously engineered to cool pellets that contain both high temperature and moisture levels. This system ensures that hot air interacts with the hotter pellets and cool air with the cooler pellets, thus preventing surface cracks that may occur with sudden cooling from direct contact between cold air and hot pellets.
Additionally, an airlock mechanism is used during feeding, with an expanded space for air inlet to achieve superior cooling results.

2) Our slide reciprocating discharger guarantees smooth, reliable discharging with minimal residue, ensuring seamless operation.
