1. Chipper or Crusher:

For raw materials such as robust logs and substantial chunks of waste wood, they must first be expertly chipped into smaller, manageable pieces and then thoroughly dried.

2. Rotary Dryer/Air Dryer:

Should your raw materials exhibit a high moisture content, specifically at 25%, it is imperative to dry them meticulously before proceeding to the granulation stage.

3. Cyclone Dust Collector:

The air discharged from the tumble dryer is required to undergo the cyclone dust collector process, ensuring efficient and effective dust removal.

4. Pelletizer:

Utilizing the dried wood chips, the pelletizer crafts them into robust pellet fuel, ideally with a precise diameter ranging from 3-5mm, ensuring optimal performance.

5. Baler:

Seamlessly pack the freshly produced biomass pellets from the conveyor belt into bags tailored to specifications, ready for direct loading into vehicles, primed for market distribution and sale.
