This remarkable equipment ensures the cooling process effectively, bringing the temperature down to just above room temperature while expertly reducing the moisture content to a safer 12-13%. This precise adjustment is crucial for maintaining the quality and integrity of the pellet feed.

The Feed Pellet Cooler is a pivotal component for cooling Animal Feed and Wood Pellets during the pelleting process. This advanced system cools the pellets, initially at 70°C-90°C, to a temperature just 3°C~5°C above the ambient level, ensuring they reach a safe moisture content. By enhancing the firmness of the pellets and preventing spoilage, it optimizes the pellets for both transportation and storage, ensuring their quality and longevity.
 

Feed Pellet Feature Highlights:

1) The innovative counter flow pellet cooler is designed to efficiently lower the temperature and moisture of the pellets. It ensures that hot air interacts with hot pellets while cool air cools the cooler ones, effectively preventing surface cracking from abrupt cooling.
The carefully designed airlock mechanism assists in the feeding process, and with an expanded air inlet, it achieves superior cooling effects by preventing direct contact between the cool air and hot pellets.

2) The slide reciprocating discharger offers seamless and dependable discharging with minimal residue, enhancing the efficiency of operations.
