Working Principle

The raw material is seamlessly introduced into the furnace via the pipe's inlet, where it is expertly drawn into the Sakron by the fan, accompanied by the enveloping hot air surrounding the pipe. Upon completion of the drying process, the meticulously dried materials are smoothly released from the Sakron, while waste heat and water vapor are efficiently expelled, ensuring optimal performance. Biomass Dryer Features:

1- Engineered to efficiently dry materials with moisture content ranging from 20% to 70%, ensuring versatility and adaptability to various drying needs.
2- Perfectly suited for a variety of materials, including sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks, making it an indispensable tool for agricultural and industrial applications.
3- This robust system comes fully equipped with dual fuel boilers, an inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock, and cyclone. Wet materials are seamlessly fed into the hopper for a streamlined operation.

4- The innovative fuel boiler generates hot air that mingles with wet materials, promptly drawn into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan). The hot air courses through the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, culminating in thoroughly dried materials, efficiently discharged from the outlet via air lock.
5- Achieves a remarkable reduction in moisture content, bringing it down to an optimal 8-12%.

6- Offers flexibility with an adjustable dryer angle, tailored to fit the unique layout of your production field.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Upon completion of installation, initiate the fan, and verify the correct rotation direction of the fan and the normalcy of the suction port function.
2- Ensure there are no leaks at the flange interface for optimal performance.
3- Secure the bags, open at both ends, at the separator's lower opening to ensure efficiency.
4- Introduce materials at the feeding port, ensuring the removal of large particles beforehand, a practice that significantly enhances the drying speed.
5- Load fuel into the furnace, ignite, and activate the fan. Once the outlet temperature reaches an optimal 150 °C, proceed with the drying process.
The material is seamlessly cut off and efficiently dried.
6- Promptly remove large material fragments from the slag discharge port to ensure smooth feeding operations.
