It also expertly decreases the moisture content from a high 17-18% down to a manageable 12-13%, ensuring enhanced feed quality.

This pellet cooler is ingeniously based on the drum of a rotary sieve, comprised of a robust drum sieve and a sturdy frame.

The rotary drum sieve is strategically angled at a specific degree relative to the ground, optimizing operation efficiency.

Encasing the sieve is a protective layer of closed steel, effectively minimizing noise pollution for a quieter operational environment.

Thanks to an adjustable speed system, the drum sieve rotates at a precise speed, allowing pellets to be efficiently separated and cooled as they journey from top to bottom along the revolving drum sieve.

While the fine powder exits gracefully from the front of the drum sieve, the premium-quality pellets make their way out from the back, ensuring optimal sorting and cooling.
