The Sawdust Pipe Dryer, also known by its other charming names such as the pipe dryer and the sawdust flash dryer, is expertly engineered for the efficient drying of materials such as sawdust, wood shavings, wheat straw, and corn stalks, as well as paddy straw, among others. Designed with precision, it can handle raw materials with a diameter of less than 3mm and can effectively reduce moisture content from raw materials with up to 40% moisture in a single pass, making it perfectly suitable for wood briquette production lines.

Working principle

The operation of this sophisticated drying system involves the raw material being skillfully fed into the furnace through the pipe's inlet. Once inside, the material is drawn into the Sakron by a powerful fan, accompanied by the surrounding hot air through the pipe. This ingenious process ensures the dried materials are efficiently released from the Sakron, while waste heat and water vapor are strategically discharged, optimizing the drying process.

1- Perfectly designed for drying materials with moisture content ranging from 20% to 70%, ensuring versatility and adaptability to various raw materials.
2- Effectively dries a variety of materials such as sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks, showcasing its broad applicability in different biomass applications.
3- Comes complete with dual fuel boilers, a specialized inlet, durable steel piping, an efficient exhaust blower (fan), an air lock, and a cyclone. Wet materials are seamlessly fed into the hopper, initiating the drying process.

4- The fuel boiler generates a stream of hot air that rapidly mixes with the wet materials, which is then swiftly drawn into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan). The hot air, in a fluid motion, travels through the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, ensuring that the materials are thoroughly dried before being released from the outlet equipped with an air lock.
5- Efficiently reduces moisture content to an optimal level of 8-12%, delivering consistently high-quality dried materials.

6- Provides flexibility for clients as the angle of the dryer can be adjusted based on specific production field requirements, optimizing performance.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Upon completing the installation, activate the fan. Confirm the fan's rotation direction and ensure that the suction port is functioning correctly for optimal performance.
2- Examine the flange interfaces meticulously to detect and prevent any potential leaks, ensuring airtight integrity.
3- Securely bind the bags that are open at both ends to the lower opening of the separator, ensuring a seamless operation.
4- Introduce the material to be dried at the feeding port. Pre-remove large particles to enhance drying speed and efficiency.
5- Ign-ite the furnace by adding fuel, then activate the fan. Once the temperature at the wind outlet reaches 150°C,
the material is effectively cut off and dried, ensuring a smooth and efficient drying process.
6- Promptly remove large pieces of material from the slag discharge port to facilitate continuous feeding and prevent clogs.
