The Feed Pellet Cooler is a remarkable solution specifically engineered for the cooling of Animal Feed and Wood Pellets in the pelleting section. This state-of-the-art cooler effectively reduces pellet temperatures from 70°C-90°C to a level just 3°C~5°C above ambient, while also ensuring moisture content is minimized to safe levels. This process enhances pellet firmness and significantly reduces the risk of mold, making it ideal for safe transportation and storage.
 

Distinguishing Features of Our Feed Pellet Cooler:

1) Utilizing the innovative counter flow pellet cooler technology, it efficiently cools pellets with elevated temperatures and high moisture. The design ensures that hot air engages with hot pellets, whilst cool air interacts with cool pellets.
This strategic approach prevents surface cracking due to abrupt cooling, which can occur from direct contact between cool air and hot pellets. Additionally, the airlock system facilitates feeding with a larger air inlet space, thereby delivering superior cooling effects.

2) The slide reciprocating discharger offers smooth, reliable discharging with minimal residue, ensuring operational efficiency.
