Working principle

The operation of this advanced drying system is a testament to engineering brilliance. Raw materials are expertly introduced into the system through the pipe's inlet into the furnace. Once inside, these materials are effortlessly drawn into the Sakron by a robust fan, alongside the influx of hot air. This innovative process not only ensures the release of perfectly dried materials from the Sakron, but also strategically expels waste heat and water vapor, thereby maximizing the efficiency and performance of the entire drying process.

4- The fuel boiler generates a potent stream of hot air which swiftly intermingles with wet materials, efficiently propelled into the pipes by the dynamic exhaust blower (fan). This hot air navigates through intricately curving pipes and the buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, ensuring thorough drying of materials before their precise release through an air-locked outlet.
5- Expertly achieves an optimal reduction in moisture content, reaching a desirable level of 8-12%, consistently delivering high-quality dried materials with precision.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Upon installation completion, activate the fan. Double-check the fan's rotation direction and ensure the suction port functions flawlessly for peak performance.
2- Conduct a meticulous examination of the flange interfaces to detect and prevent potential leaks, ensuring an exceptional level of airtight integrity.
3- Securely attach open-ended bags to the separator's lower opening, guaranteeing seamless and efficient operation.
4- Introduce materials at the feeding port, ensuring large particles are pre-removed to significantly enhance drying speed and efficiency.
5- Ign-ite the furnace by adding fuel, then activate the fan. Once the wind outlet temperature reaches 150°C, the drying process becomes highly efficient and effective.
