1. Chipper or Crusher:

For optimal processing, if your raw materials consist of logs or substantial pieces of waste wood, initial size reduction is necessary. Cut them into smaller, manageable pieces and proceed with drying to prepare them for the next stages.

2. Rotary Dryer/Air Dryer:

Addressing high moisture content is crucial, especially if it exceeds 25%. Prior to granulation, these raw materials must undergo a thorough drying process to ensure optimal pellet formation.

3. Cyclone Dust Collector:

To maintain air quality and enhance operational efficiency, the exhaust from the tumble dryer is channeled through the cyclone dust collector, effectively eliminating dust particles.

4. Pelletizer:

The meticulously dried wood chips are expertly processed by the pelletizer, yielding pellet fuel with a precise diameter of 3-5mm, meeting industry standards for performance and reliability.

5. Baler:

For seamless distribution, the biomass pellets are efficiently packaged into bags directly from the conveyor belt, ready for immediate loading into vehicles for swift market delivery.
