1. Chipper or crusher:

When dealing with raw materials like logs and large waste wood pieces, it's essential to first cut them into smaller, manageable pieces before proceeding to the drying stage.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

Should the raw material present with a moisture content as high as 25%, a thorough drying process is crucial prior to granulation to ensure optimal results.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

To achieve effective dust removal, the emissions from the tumble dryer must be channeled through the cyclone dust collector, ensuring cleaner production.

4. Pelletizer:

The pelletizer expertly converts the thoroughly dried wood chips into compact pellet fuel, available in diameters ranging from 3 to 5mm, ready for efficient energy use.

5. Baler:

Efficiently package the high-quality biomass pellets directly from the conveyor belt into bags as specified, primed for immediate loading and distribution in the market.
