Simultaneously, it decreases the moisture content from 17-18% to a safer range of 12-13%, ensuring optimal quality and stability of the feed.

Feed Pellet Feature Highlights:

1) This ingenious counter flow pellet cooler expertly manages the cooling of high-temperature, high-moisture pellets. Utilizing hot air
to interact with hot pellets and cool air with cooler ones, it ingeniously avoids surface cracks caused by rapid cooling when cool air directly contacts hot pellets. Additionally, the airlock is designed to enhance feeding efficiency, and with a larger air inlet space, superior cooling effects are achieved.

2) Its slide reciprocating discharger ensures smooth, reliable operation with minimal residue, ensuring a seamless process.

3) With low power consumption and user-friendly operation, this cooler is as efficient as it is convenient to use.

4) After the cooling process, pellet temperatures are meticulously controlled to remain just 3-5ºC above ambient, aligning perfectly with safety and quality standards.
