The Sawdust Pipe Dryer, a marvel of modern engineering, also fondly known as the pipe dryer and the sawdust flash dryer, is meticulously crafted for the utmost efficiency in drying a range of materials. These include sawdust, wood shavings, wheat straw, corn stalks, and paddy straw, among other organic materials. Designed with unparalleled precision, this versatile dryer adeptly manages raw materials with a diameter of less than 3mm. It is also capable of significantly reducing moisture content from raw materials with up to 40% moisture in a single pass. This makes it an indispensable component of wood briquette production lines, ensuring optimal performance.

Working principle

This advanced drying system operates with exceptional sophistication. The raw material is expertly guided into the furnace through the pipe's inlet. Once inside, a powerful fan draws the material into the Sakron, accompanied by the surrounding hot air through the pipe. This ingenious process ensures that the dried materials are released with remarkable efficiency from the Sakron. Meanwhile, waste heat and water vapor are strategically discharged, thereby optimizing the overall drying process for maximum efficacy.

1- Ingeniously crafted to handle materials with moisture levels ranging from 20% to 70%, our dryer promises unmatched versatility and adaptability to a wide array of raw materials, setting new standards in the industry.
2- Efficiently dries an assortment of materials, including sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks, highlighting its extensive applicability across diverse biomass sectors.
3- Fully equipped with dual fuel boilers, a precision-engineered inlet, robust steel piping, a powerful exhaust blower (fan), an air lock, and a cyclone. Wet materials are effortlessly introduced into the hopper, seamlessly kick-starting the drying process.

4- The fuel boiler produces a stream of hot air that quickly amalgamates with the wet materials, which is then efficiently whisked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan). The hot air, in a fluid, continuous motion, navigates the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, ensuring the materials are thoroughly dried before being expertly expelled from the outlet fitted with an air lock.
5- Expertly diminishes moisture content to a desirable 8-12%, consistently offering premium-quality dried materials.

6- Offers unparalleled flexibility as the angle of the dryer can be customized according to specific production field needs, optimizing operational performance.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Once installation is complete, activate the fan. Verify the fan's rotational direction and ensure optimal functionality of the suction port to achieve peak performance.
2- Carefully inspect the flange interfaces to detect and avert any potential leaks, guaranteeing airtight integrity and optimal operation.
3- Firmly secure the bags that are open at both ends to the lower aperture of the separator, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.
4- Introduce the material to be dried at the feeding port. Pre-remove any sizable particles to significantly enhance the drying speed and overall efficiency.
5- Ign-ite the furnace by adding fuel, then start the fan. Once the temperature at the wind outlet reaches the crucial 150°C,
the material is effectively segregated and dried, guaranteeing a smooth and highly efficient drying process.
6- Swiftly remove any large material fragments from the slag discharge port to ensure continuous feeding and prevent blockages, maintaining workflow efficiency.
