The Sawdust Pipe Dryer, also affectionately known as the pipe dryer or sawdust flash dryer, is a marvel of engineering designed for the swift and effective drying of a variety of materials, including sawdust, wood shavings, wheat straw, corn stalks, and paddy straw among others. Crafted with meticulous attention to precision, this dryer masterfully handles raw materials with diameters less than 3mm. With its exceptional efficiency, it can reduce moisture from raw materials with up to 40% moisture content in just a single pass, making it an ideal choice for wood briquette production lines.

Working principle

The operation of this advanced drying system begins with the raw material being delicately introduced into the furnace via the pipe's inlet. Once inside, a powerful fan propels the material into the Sakron, accompanied by hot air flowing through the pipe. This ingenious process ensures that the dried materials are effectively released from the Sakron, while simultaneously allowing waste heat and water vapor to be expertly discharged, thereby optimizing the entire drying process to perfection.

1- Meticulously crafted to handle a diverse range of moisture levels from 20% to 70%, this dryer assures adaptability and versatility across various raw materials.
2- Expertly dries an array of materials including sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks, highlighting its extensive applicability in diverse biomass applications.
3- Fully equipped with dual fuel boilers, a specialized inlet, robust steel piping, an efficient exhaust blower (fan), an air lock, and a cyclone, it ensures seamless material entry into the hopper to begin the drying process.

4- The fuel boiler generates a torrent of hot air that instantly mingles with the wet materials, which are then rapidly directed into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan). The hot air fluidly moves through the winding pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of the dryer, guaranteeing comprehensive drying before the materials are discharged through an air lock-equipped outlet.
5- Effectively reduces moisture to a precise 8-12%, delivering consistently superior dried materials.

6- Offers exceptional flexibility for clients by allowing dryer angle adjustments tailored to specific production field requirements, thereby maximizing performance.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Post-installation, activate the fan and verify the correct direction of its rotation, ensuring the suction port operates optimally for peak performance.
2- Thoroughly inspect flange interfaces to identify and prevent potential leaks, securing airtight integrity.
3- Securely attach bags that are open at both ends to the separator's lower opening for a smooth operation.
4- Feed material into the feeding port, ensuring large particles are pre-removed to boost drying efficiency.
5- Ign-ite the furnace by adding fuel, then activate the fan. Once the wind outlet temperature hits 150°C,
the material is effectively cleared and dried, ensuring an uninterrupted and efficient drying process.
6- Swiftly clear large material pieces from the slag discharge port to maintain continuous feeding and prevent blockages.
