Wood Pellet Production Line
Four Sections:Hammer Mill--Pelletizing--Cooling--Packing
There are a wide range of raw materials suitable for biomass particles, including the following categories:
Forestry: such as eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, Malacca and wood bark branche, etc.
Agricultural wastes: corn straw, wheat straw, peanut husk, rice husk, bamboo, etc.
Waste wood: furniture factory waste materials, waste pallets, sheets, shavings, sanding powder, etc.
Different material need different machine.
Take wood log as an example,the whole process include:
1)Hammer mill/Crusher- To make wood chips into sawdust.
2)Pellet mill- The dry sawdust are pressed by a pellet machine into pellets with a diameter of 6 or 8 mm.
3)Cooler- Reduce the temperature of pellets to room temperature.
4)Packing machine- Pack the pellets into the bag according to the set weight.

Raw Material of Biomass Pellet Machine
The biomass pellet machine for sawdust is applied to the material with low adhesiveness and low shaping ,such as the rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell branch, trunk, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop straws, rubber, cement ,ash and other chemical materials. The compress machine for sawdust is widely used in the feed plant, wood processing, fuel plant, fertilizer plant and chemical plant etc. It is the ideal pressing shaping equipment with low investment and high profit.
1. Raw materials diameter requirement : 3-5mm(If large ,crusher machine should be used)
2. Raw materials moisture:15-25%.(If beyond the scope,dryer machine should be used )
You can change the pellet diameter by mold
1) It can press 2-12mm diameter biomass fuel pellet, animal feed and fertilizer pellets
2) Raw biomass materials can be waste from sawdust, rice husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, paper ect,animal feed materials can be grain, soybean, maize ect, fertilizer materials can be animal manure and so on .
3) Small pellet mill can press high density pellets , for biomass , density can reach 1.1-1.4ton/m3, diameter can be adjusted from 2-12mm , there is knive installed nearby the outlet door, which can adjust pellet length.
4) When small pellet mill works, it is flat die rotates and then take rollers work, but the whole roller assemble is stable in this way will keep all materials piles up in the center of die , increase machine capacity and pelletizing efficiency.
Biomass pellets are made by recycling waste and are a new type of environmentally friendly fuel, widely used in residential heating equipment, powerplants, boiler plants, etc.It has the characteristics of large heat generation, low ashcontent.Low environmental pollution, and recyclability.
