1. Chipper or crusher:

To process raw materials such as logs and sizable waste wood, they must be efficiently chipped into smaller pieces and then thoroughly dried.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

Materials with a high moisture content of 25% require precise drying procedures prior to granulation to ensure optimal pellet quality.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

The exhaust gases emitted from the tumble dryer are expertly filtered through the cyclone dust collector to ensure effective dust removal.

4. Pelletizer:

The expertly dried wood chips are transformed by the pelletizer into high-quality fuel pellets with a precise diameter of 3-5mm, ready for energy-efficient use.

5. Baler:

The baler efficiently packages the biomass pellets from the conveyor belt into convenient bags, which are then seamlessly loaded onto vehicles for immediate distribution and sale.
