Product Description

The superbly engineered horizontal pellet cooler is primarily designed for efficient cooling of pellet feed within the pelleting sections of small to medium-sized feed mills. It adeptly manages the task of cooling freshly pelleted feed, which can initially reach soaring temperatures of 80-90°C and contain moisture levels of 17-18%. This remarkable equipment cools the feed to a temperature just slightly above room temperature while skillfully reducing moisture content to an optimal 12-13%, ensuring the quality and stability of the final product.

Our Feed Pellet Cooler is expertly designed to cater to the cooling needs of Animal Feed and Wood Pellets within the pelleting section. It efficiently cools the pellets, which emerge from the pellet mill at high temperatures of 70°C-90°C, bringing them down to a mild temperature 3°C~5°C above ambient. This innovative cooling process not only ensures the pellets achieve a safe moisture content but also enhances pellet firmness and prevents mold growth, making it ideal for transport and storage, thereby preserving feed quality over time.

1) Our advanced counter flow pellet cooler is ingeniously designed to cool high-temperature, high-moisture pellets. The mechanism allows
hot air to interact with hot pellets and cool air to interact with cool pellets, effectively preventing surface cracks that might occur due to sudden cooling by direct contact between cool air and hot pellets. Additionally, the incorporation of an airlock during feeding and an enlarged air inlet space significantly enhances the cooling effect, ensuring optimal performance.

2) The slide reciprocating discharger is designed for smooth and reliable discharging with minimal residue, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
