Working principle

This advanced drying system operates with a refined elegance, where raw materials are deftly introduced into the furnace through the pipe's inlet. In a seamless dance of technology, the material is then drawn into the Sakron by a robust fan, harmoniously accompanied by the enveloping hot air through the pipe. This brilliant process ensures that dried materials are efficiently and effectively released from the Sakron, while waste heat and water vapor are judiciously expelled, thus optimizing and enhancing the overall drying process to perfection.

1- Exquisitely engineered to handle materials with moisture content between 20% and 70%, this dryer offers a remarkable blend of versatility and adaptability, accommodating a diverse range of raw materials effortlessly.
2- Expertly dries a spectrum of materials including sawdust, rice hulls, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks, underscoring its comprehensive applicability across various biomass industries.
3- The machine is a complete system featuring dual fuel boilers, a specially designed inlet, robust steel piping, an efficient exhaust blower (fan), an air lock, and a cyclone. Wet materials are introduced seamlessly into the hopper, where the drying journey begins with precision and efficiency.

4- The fuel boiler produces a robust stream of hot air that quickly combines with the wet materials. This mixture is rapidly drawn into the pipes by the powerful exhaust blower (fan). The hot air flows smoothly through the intricately designed curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber), ensuring comprehensive drying before the materials exit from the outlet, where an air lock ensures optimal release.
5- Adeptly reduces moisture content to a prime level of 8-12%, consistently delivering superior quality dried materials.

6- Offers remarkable customization for clients, as the dryer's angle can be adjusted to meet specific production field requirements, thus optimizing operational performance and efficiency.

The nature of the air dryer:

1- Upon finalizing the installation, initiate the fan. Verify the fan's rotational direction and confirm the efficient operation of the suction port to ensure peak performance.
2- Thoroughly inspect the flange interfaces for any potential leaks, ensuring the system's airtight integrity remains intact.
3- Securely attach the bags, open at both ends, to the separator's lower opening, ensuring flawless operation and preventing any potential inefficiencies.
4- Introduce the material requiring drying into the feeding port, ensuring to remove any large particles beforehand. This preparation enhances the drying speed and maximizes efficiency.
5- Ign-ite the furnace by adding fuel, then activate the fan. Wait until the temperature at the wind outlet reaches the optimal 150°C,
then commence the drying process, effectively separating and drying the material to ensure a smooth, efficient operation.
6- Quickly remove any large material pieces from the slag discharge port to maintain continuous feeding and prevent any potential blockages in the system.
