1. Chipper or crusher:

For raw materials in the form of logs or large wooden waste, processing them into smaller, manageable pieces is essential. Once reduced in size, they can be efficiently dried, setting the stage for pellet creation.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

To ensure optimal pellet production, materials with a moisture content exceeding 25% must undergo a drying process prior to granulation. This crucial step guarantees superior quality and efficiency.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

Before the exhaust from the tumble dryer is released, it must be purified through our cyclone dust collector, ensuring thorough dust removal and cleaner output.

4. Pelletizer:

5. Baler:
