1. Chipper or crusher:

For raw materials such as logs and large pieces of waste wood, our chipper or crusher efficiently reduces them into manageable small pieces, preparing them for the drying process.

2. Rotary dryer/air dryer:

When dealing with raw materials with a moisture content of 25%, it is essential to use our rotary or air dryer to thoroughly reduce moisture levels before proceeding to granulation.

3. Cyclone dust collector:

To ensure a clean production environment, the gas emitted from the tumble dryer undergoes meticulous dust removal via our highly effective cyclone dust collector.

4. Pelletizer:

The precisely dried wood chips are then transformed by our pelletizer into compact pellet fuel, measuring a convenient diameter of 3-5mm, ideal for various applications.

5. Baler:

Once the biomass pellets are conveyed, our baler skillfully packs them into bags according to your specifications, ready for direct loading into vehicles for distribution or sale, streamlining the logistics process.
