Screw Oil Presser Working Principle:

Upon initiation, the processed material embryo is guided into the squeezing chamber via the hopper.

The spiraling action of the squeezed screw facilitates pressure and compression.

The material embryo undergoes processing within the constrained environment of the oil press chamber.

Subjected to high pressure, substantial friction is generated between the material embryo and the chamber walls.

The thermal energy causes the proteins within the embryo to undergo denaturation, disrupting the colloids and increasing plasticity, which reduces oil viscosity and allows for easier oil precipitation.

This process ultimately enhances the oil production rate of the press.
